By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site. Use this website for lawful purposes only, and do not misuse or disrupt it.
2. Product information. We aim to describe every product accurately, including whether it is full-grain leather or faux leather (PU). Colour and texture can vary slightly because of screens and natural materials.
3. Pricing and availability. Prices and availability can change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Promotions, including free delivery, are temporary and can end; an order keeps the terms it was placed under.
4. Pre-orders and reservations. Pre-orders are paid in advance and dispatched first. Reservations are cash on delivery and dispatched after pre-orders. Expected dispatch dates are estimates. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, it is refunded in full.
5. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including images, text and branding, belongs to Buckle & Brooks and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our products or services.
7. Related policies. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
