Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard (PostEx): 4–7 working days, free for a limited time.
Fast (TCS): 1–3 working days.
Same day: selected Islamabad and twin city areas, for orders placed before the daily cut-off.
Your tracking number comes on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Right now, standard delivery is free. This is a limited-time offer, not a permanent price; standard delivery is normally Rs. 250. Fast delivery is Rs. 499 and same-day Rs. 499.
When the offer ends, standard rates return and our Shipping page is updated. The delivery price shown at checkout is always the one you pay.
Do you deliver everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes, through our courier partners. Same-day delivery only covers selected Islamabad and twin city areas.
Products
What are your products made from?
Our caps are cotton (the Corduroy Cap is corduroy). The Craftsman Satchel comes in full-grain cow leather or faux leather (PU). The material is always stated on the product page.
How do I know if I'm buying leather or PU?
The product page says so in the title, the material switch and the details. If you're unsure, message us before ordering.
Will it look exactly like the pictures?
Very close. Lighting and screens shift colour slightly, and real leather has natural variation in grain and texture. That variation is part of the material.
Is the satchel good for daily use?
Yes. It's designed for daily carry: two pouches, a hidden compartment, reinforced stitching and an adjustable harness strap that stays put on a bike or in the gym.
Orders & payment
What is a pre-order?
Some pieces are made after you order, in a limited batch. Pay in advance and your piece is made and dispatched first. Prefer cash on delivery? Reserve it; reservations ship after every paid order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery across Pakistan, plus online payment or bank/JazzCash transfer at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Other orders can be changed or cancelled until they're dispatched; just message us.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. No restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Then we arrange it with you.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Message us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
How long do refunds take?
Usually 5–10 business days after we approve the return, depending on your bank or payment method.
