Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver across Pakistan.

Standard delivery (PostEx): 4–7 working days. FREE for a limited time (normally Rs. 250 per order)
Fast delivery (TCS): 1–3 working days, Rs. 500 per order
Same-day delivery: selected Islamabad and twin city areas, Rs. 499, for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off. Orders after the cut-off may be delivered the next day.

Every order is checked and packed by hand before dispatch. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed on WhatsApp first. Your tracking number is sent on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Pre-order pieces ship after the batch is made. Paid pre-orders are dispatched first, then cash-on-delivery reservations. The expected dispatch date is shown on each product page.

Free standard delivery is a limited-time offer, not a permanent price. When it ends, standard delivery returns to Rs. 250 and this policy will be updated. Orders placed while the offer is live keep their free delivery. The delivery price shown at checkout is always the one you pay.
